I just realized I never posted pictures of Camden's completed big boy room and figured 3 months late was better than never! We went with the ever popular sports theme which is perfect for our little sports fanatic! He does great in his big bed with no rail and stays in bed until Mama or Daddy gets him up. What a big boy!

Squeezing in Our Fun

Although this past week has been filled with Daddy working on grad school and Mama checking off all of her to-do's, we've managed to squeeze in some fun for Camden too! He's not too hard to entertain these days and has also been a great helper as we prepare for Halle's arrival.

Cam thought the 3D glasses Mama and Daddy brought home from their anniversary movie date were super cool!

Lots of evenings spent on trike rides!

My little man loves to lounge on the arm of the chair while watching TV...somehow Daddy has him hooked on golf already! They were watching the British Open.

A fountain and ice cream family date with the Coopers complete with a dancing exhibition by Ryan & Camden!

They followed the dancing up with running laps around the fountain area...it was hilarious to watch and it sure wore them out!

Camden enjoyed playing at Cambry and Chase's house while Mama and Daddy went out for one last date before Halle arrives. As you can see, he had a blast!

Mama and Cam had a special date night while Daddy was at class. We decided to make pizzas! Camden LOVED it and they tasted pretty yummy too!

Halle Update & Nursery Pics!

We can hardly believe that we are 8 days away from meeting our sweet little girl! Halle is scheduled to arrive on Friday, July 27th at noon via c-section (just like her big bro) and we are so excited!!! She is on track to be pretty big (also just like her big bro), but will be 1 or 2 weeks early. There is a controversy between my OBGYN and my specialist on her due date...8 days apart. So she will be arriving at 38 or 39 weeks, depending on which date is correct. We're in crunch mode here with Daddy finishing as many grad school assignments as possible, Mama completing as many nesting projects as she can, and enjoying lots of quality time with our sweet little boy before we become a family of 4!

Below are some pictures of Halle's nursery, but the colors look pretty off due to being from my phone. My mom made all the bedding and my best friend, Ashlee was my design consultant! All we need now is our baby girl for it to be complete.

Our Little Trike Rider!

Camden is off and going on his trike (kind of-our sweet friends let us borrow one that is just the right size for him right now)! You can find him speeding around a track in our house or in the cul-de-sac most everyday...so fun!!!

Fun Times!

Most of our summer activities include water and since you can't bring your iphone in water...my pictures these days are lacking! Here are some of the fun things we've been doing inside. :)

Camden LOVES library storytime, especially when they sing or do rhymes with motions!

Yogurt family date with the Hollands...Cam really enjoyed playing with Laney and Bryce at the playhouses and caboose after dessert! It is so fun to see him at the age where he likes to play with kids and not just parallel.

We went to Ihop Sunday after church and our little man pigged out! We also discovered that he shares him Mama's love for biscuits and gravy...yummy!

Daddy got a new grill and Camden loves using his tools to get in on the assembly action.

We're having such a fun summer! Daddy is having to spend lots of time on grad school (he's taking 9 hours right now), but is also able to spend some quality time with us. Camden's stage is perfect for lots of summer activities and he loves the water! Lots of our time is spent at the pool, splash park, or backyard sprinklers!

Family Visit

Nana, Papa, Aunt Kara, Mary Grace & Garrett decided to squeeze in one more visit before Halle makes her appearance and we had a great time! We had lots of good food, visited the Dallas Children's Aquarium, played in the fountains, and Mama and Daddy even got in a date. It is hard to believe that next time they are here, we'll have a sweet baby girl in the mix!
