Halle's Dedication Sunday

On Sunday, we got the honor of dedicating our sweet daughter to the Lord and commit ourselves to the task of Biblical parenting.  We have already witnessed miracles in her life and are excited to see how the Lord uses her.  We were very grateful to be surrounded by some of our family on this special day. 

 

Our family on the stage; I was thankful for both kids not doing anything crazy up there! Halle wasn't feeling well, so we were happy for no tears!

Can't you see their excitement in this picture?!  We loved sharing this special day with our friends, the Hollands, as they dedicated their sweet Callie.  We have a great friendship planned for Callie and Halle!

Weekend Visit from the Fam

The Nichols crew came in town for Halle's dedication and we had lots of fun all weekend with them!

 

More pics to follow soon, but we took Halle to have her picture made in a dress that was my mom's.  Nana has a picture wall with portraits of Nana, Aunt Kara, Mama, Mary Grace, and now Halle all wearing the same dress!  So special to pass this tradition on to my daughter.

The girls (minus Halle) spent Saturday afternoon at Mary Poppins celebrating Nana's birthday.  We took the Dart train down to avoid traffic and had a wonderful afternoon together!

Oh these two....they have a BLAST together!  Love watching them!

Spring Break: Ranch Edition

We spent a few days of spring break at Nana and Papa's enjoying the beautiful weather and good company!  Despite the horrible allergies I had and the disastrous car trip home, we had a great time!

 

 

Double Date Night

I usually don't take pictures of us out, but did last weekend when we double dated with the Coopers.  We enjoyed a nice kid-free dinner at Grimaldis and then hit up the local bowling alley.  Lots of fun!

Fun Times

Last Friday we tried out Jump Street with some friends and had a blast!  Halle always enjoys chewing on her favorite toy in different venues...haha! 

I didn't take many pictures, but I was proud of Cam.  Since he was really small he has been afraid of bounce houses; I figured that he would stick to the trampolines and just steer clear of the bounce houses.  But never underestimate the power of peer pressure...he followed his friends in and had a blast! 

Camden and Halle stayed with the Hodgsons for a few hours the other day and enjoyed playing Hungry Hungry Hippos.

Yesterday we enjoyed hours at the park with friends...bring on the GORGEOUS weather!
