A Day at the Perot

Last Monday (Camden's actual birthday) we visited the Perot Museum with friends. We had a great time despite the crazy field trip traffic!

Easter Festivities

We had a great Easter season taking part in the traditional egg hunts and baskets from the Easter Bunny, but it was also really exciting to see Camden start to really get the true meaning of Easter. Loved hearing him recount "He's Alive! The tomb is empty!" 

On Thursday Camden had an egg hunt at his MDO.

Friday we went to our annual Lifegroup Egg Hunt. Miss Courtney did a great job organizing!

On Sunday we loved celebrating our Risen Savior at Bent Tree! The kids weren't really in picture moods so this was as got as it got:)

That evening we had Easter dinner with the Gonzalez and Carlson families. We sure missed being with family, but are blessed to have friends who feel like it!

It was a very Happy Easter!!!

Lifegroup 10 Year Anniversary Getaway

It's hard to believe that it's been 10 years since our original Lifegroup was formed. Although couples/families have come and gone, the community that was established early on has remained. Our family has been so blessed by this group that has truly shared life with us through highs and lows. It was wonderful to getaway together to Possum Kingdom Lake! A big thanks to Mimi and Grampa for watching our kiddos for us!
