An East Texas Christmas

After the Matkin gathering we continued east to Marshall and enjoyed some good family time there!

Lots of playing for the kids and adults!

My kiddos got to sleep in the room with the Christmas tree and loved using the lights as their nightlights. So magical!

It was almost 80 degrees this day and the kids had a blast playing in the mud!

The morning after we got home from NE, we headed to East Texas to celebrate Christmas with the Matkin Family! We always have a great time together eating, exchanging presents and for the second year in a row, the kids acted out the nativity story. It was so sweet!

Christmastime in Nebraska

After Ali and Wills' wedding, we spent the next few days celebrating with the Schulte family. Unfortunately a brutal stomach bug got passed around and wiped out 16/17 of the family member over the course of a few days. We were able to still squeeze in some fun!

These two were THRILLED to be at Mimi and Grampa's!

Morning cartoons with Mimi were a daily thing.

Nearly all the adults were down on Sunday morning, so it was me with these 5 for a while. They were great!

Sweet Mimi had gotten all of us breakfast with Santa tickets, but sadly on 7 of us made it. It was such a cool event!
