Happy Birthday, Beckett!

We had a special day celebrating the life and legacy of our sweet Beckett.  Even though his little eyes never saw this world, our eyes saw him and we are forever changed.  Although the day brought some tears, it also brought joy and hope as we dream about the day that our family is all together.
Our family started a ministry called "Books for Beckett" this year: we invited family and friends to make donations to provide copies of Safe in the Arms of God in bereavement boxes that hospitals provide to families when they have pregnancy or infant loss.  It was such a joy to see so many others passionate about helping others heal during difficult times and to see the legacy of precious son has.  It is our prayer that the families who receive these books feel love, hear the truth and ultimately, see and know Christ.
We were thankful the local hospitals welcomed these donations and are partnering with us in this ministry.  It was a very special moment delivering the books as a family to the hospitals.
Next, we headed to a Mexican food dinner!  Halle got her first kids meal in honor of the special day. (It was kids eat free night!)

After dinner we headed to "Beckett's park" to dream and send off balloons; a beautiful time as a family.

To my precious Beckett Lincoln, we miss you more than words can describe.  It is hard to believe that it has been 2 years.  We are thankful for your life and legacy and cannot wait until we can hold you again.  We love you.

Summer Nights

Such a fun night of pizza and swimming with friends!

(Note: Halle's first time to pull to standing...yes, in the pool!)

Sights of Our Summer

Someone is pulling up on everything all the time!  Such a big girl!

I love how excited Halle gets when she sees my running shoes...she comes crawling over to me squealing.
Nothing cuter than a sleeping baby, especially buns up!
My silly boy!
We kept a friends 18 month old a few weeks ago; Cam turned into a giant that night.

Halle showing her support for Daddy's favorite team.
Tennis pro.
Cutest ducky and frog ever.

Trying to take advantage of any weather below 100 degrees!
Welcome home, Daddy!  The kids love to greet Daddy when he comes home from studying or class.

Can't believe that this is the only pic I have, but last week we helped host a neighborhood Bible club.  It was a really great experience to meet some new people and for Cam to have the Gospel poured in!

Cam and Halle prepping the glow in the dark bath!  They love it!

Camden was trying to block Halle from his room, but she crawled right over.  He lay there in disbelief and she was a girl on a mission!

Cousin Time

We had a blast when Aunt Kara, Mary Grace and Garrett came to visit last week!  Camden ADORES his cousins and we always have a great time together.
This picture makes me laugh!
Mary Grace is at such a sweet age!  She loves to help take care of/play with Halle and Camden.  Love that girl!
Pretty sure my kids have the best aunt in the world.
The first night we headed to dinner and then to a splash pad to cool off.

Big brother always wants to take a turn pushing little sis!
This picture is after a fun filled day at Hawaiian Falls!  The kids did great and even though Cam was exactly 42 inches (the minimum for several rides), he showed no fear.  He LOVED the mat slides!

Thanks for coming to visit...are you sure you don't want to move here?!?!

Dolly Love

Halle loves hugging and kissing most everything with a face on it...pictures in books, Camden's cars that have faces and of course stuffed animals and dolls.  These pictures are from the waiting room at the neurosurgeon last week; she was happy the whole time while loving on her sweet doll.  Halle adds some great sounds effects like "awwwww" while kissing her.
