One of our favorite stops while in Nebraska has come to be the Lincoln Childrens Museum!  When Aunt K told us there were new exhibits, we knew we had to go.  Cam and I enjoyed spending the day with the older cousins and Aunt K exploring!

Nebraska Snow and Other Fun!

Although we missed a white Christmas here in Dallas, we were greeted with TONS of snow in Nebraska.  It was really pretty and perfect for our little man to play in.  He loved snow angels, sledding, and of course, Mimi's snow ice cream!  The kids were going a little stir crazy one day, so Mimi took us to a bounce house play place.  Cam had a blast with the cousins!

Road Trip

As much as we were looking forward to heading to Nebraska to see the fam, we were not so excited about our road trip.  The trip is about 10 hours with no kids and only 1 stop; we are no where near that anymore.  On the way up, we stayed with some family friends in Wichita, but on the way back we drove it all in one stretch.  I was AMAZED at how great the kids did.

This popcorn was long lasting entertainment...and our little guy always made sure we had music to listen to, complete with funny voices!

Our Christmas

As you'll probably notice, I was really lousy at pictures this Christmas!  Nevertheless here are a few from our family time together.  It was really fun this season to see Camden start to "get it"; of course Halle girl was just along for the ride!

Matkin Family Christmas

On Saturday the 15th we headed to Lindale to celebrate Christmas with the Matkin clan.  As usual, we had a great time!  I forgot to take many pictures, but I snagged a few from cousin Natalie.
