Before I forget (since this is already a little late), here is
what Miss Halle is up to at 1 year old!
• Long and lean continues! Halle is 32 in (98%) and 23 lbs (70%). We continually get told how tall she is! Halle had a fabulous doctor visit with we will never take for granted. It is AMAZING to see how the Lord has healed our daughter and that she is a healthy, happy, thriving 1 year old after her rocky start. She had a MRI and neurosurgeon visit in June and everything looked great! We don’t have to go back for a whole year.
• Halle wears size 12-18 and 18 month clothes and size 4 shoes. She is in size 5 diapers.
• This girl sleeps like a champ and we are so thankful!!! We love that she sleeps from about 8:00 pm to 8:00-8:45 am every night. Halle takes naps, both around 1.5 hours. She sleeps with her paci in and sound machine on!
•Halle drinks whole milk in a Sippy cup at each of her three meals and takes one bottle at bedtime. We will work on dropping this in the next month or so. She does great with most any finger food and has begun to eat mostly what we are having. I’d say her favorite foods are Chick-fil-a nuggets, fish, fruit and cheese! She’s also crazy for smoothies, yogurt and ice cream!
• Halle’s hair is all Mama…blonde as can be! It’s filled in enough that we have to “fix” it every day to keep it out of her eyes. Her eyes have changed to hazel, just like her Daddy! She has picked up quite the tan this summer and you can see her tan lines. She’s been super slow in the teeth department, only 2 so far!

talking, but there are few words we understand so far. Her words are Dada, Kaka (Camden), uh oh, hi
and dank ew (thank you). You read that
right…no Mama!!! She’s also started
animal sounds for dog and duck.
• Halle isn’t walking quite yet, but we think its right around
the corner! She cruises like a champ and
can stand without holding onto anything.
She gets into everything these days since she is quite the speedy
crawler!
•Halle LOVES music and
dances around when it is on!
•Halle is way more dramatic than Cam ever was…can we say girl?! She cries at every fall or anytime she is told no. We’ve had a few meltdowns when she doesn’t get what she wants or is told no. The most common is when she’s not allowed to play in the trash, toilet or fridge!

• Some of her favorite things right now are: music, Camden,
Copper, water, giving kisses, her dolls, Cam’s cars and books!
What a blessing it is to
be Halle’s parents! We love you!!!
